"Wendy successfully led and developed her team daily. Wendy has great energy and charges up employees in a most inspiring way. She makes a day that can be challenging and turns it into a positive and fun task for the employees. They absolutely enjoyed her and respected her. She is able to make great connections and through those connections she delivers results through her energetic workforce. Wendy always was thinking of events and fun activities for the employees to show them recognition and appreciation.
Wendy was a great co-worker and outstanding fellow manager. She collaborated on store projects and always brought great ideas to the table. She was reliable and available even at the most inconvenient times. She worked well with leadership team to present the same goals and message to the staff daily. Wendy was supportive of her peers in times of need professionally and personally.

"But here’s what I appreciate most about you. I’ve been in the work world for almost 50 (yes, 50!) years. I’ve had a lot of managers. Some, like you, I occasionally disagreed with. I’ve rarely met a manager with whom I could have such an open and respectful conversation to work things out. And on the few occasions when we had to have that conversation, we not only worked it out but I learned something that made me a better employee! So thank you for that!"

“Sadly, due to the Covid-19 crisis, many of the management positions at ______were terminated, Visual Sales included. Wendy has only been gone a short time but we all can already feel the differences without her leadership.
No matter what company, or position Wendy pursues, she will excel at the job. Leadership, hard work, preparedness, teamwork, intelligence, great communication and problem solving are all skills that any employer is grateful to see. But to see them all in one person is truly outstanding."
